What Accountants Actually Do
Are you curious as to what accountants actually do?
Does it sometimes feel that you hand over a huge pile of your records, they disappear sometimes for weeks and you get back a few pages of paper which is supposedly a summary of all of your hard work and stress for the previous year?
We have set out two examples of the steps we go through firstly for a set of computerised accounts such as Sage and secondly for the preparation of a tax return. It will hopefully give you a feel for how much work actually goes into these.
